For competition, you may want a fiber-optic sight that uses the ambient light of an area to make a bright red or green dot for a front post.

Mag Base Plates

Swapping out mag base plates on smaller Glocks, such as the Glock 27 Gen 4, can give you a better grip, giving your pinky finger something to hold onto. An improved grip can help you be more accurate, and is perfect for those who want to carry but struggle to get a good grip on smaller or mid-size Glocks. You can instead also opt for mag extenders that add an extra round or two.
